フローはまさに、良き人生を築くのに役立つ事だ。

フローは、時間、疲労、および活動自体以外の全てを忘れるほど、何かに完全に関与しているときに、

人々が報告する主観的な状態です。

フローの決定的な特徴は、瞬間的な活動への激しい経験的関与です。注意力は、手元のタスクに完全に注がれ、その人は最大限の能力で機能します。
